As part of the Publication Design course we had to fully design a book that its content had to do with some of our special interests. For this project I decided to explore American culinary arts and its maximum exponents.

Julia Childs, Charlie Troters, Charlie Palmer, Jacques Pepin, and Alice Waters are the individuals explored in this book exploring their contributions to the American Cuisine.
